Position Overview:
We are seeking proactive and customer-focused Technical Representatives to join our team. The ideal candidates will play a pivotal role in assisting customers, maintaining product knowledge, and supporting our consultancy’s goals. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, technical aptitude, and a passion for delivering exceptional service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance to customers, ensuring that they receive the right solutions based on their needs.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and well-stocked environment that supports our consultancy services.
- Process transactions efficiently and accurately using our point-of-sale systems.
- Stay informed about industry trends, product updates, and solutions to effectively communicate with clients.
- Manage stock levels and ensure that products are available to meet customer demand.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any technical or service-related issues promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve and surpass sales and service targets.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in technical sales, customer service, or a related field is highly desirable.
- Strong technical understanding and the ability to explain complex concepts to customers.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure in a dynamic environment.
- Flexibility to work during weekends and holidays as needed.
